I am currently looking for a Senior Workforce Analyst for an immediate start with an NHS client.The role is an initial 3 month contract with a potential extension.
Essential Experience for this post will include:
- NHS experience
- Must have excellent ESR OLM and Oracle
- Significant experience of workforce management analysis
- Experience of leading Information and Reporting projects within Workforce
- Experience of providing expert advice on Workforce Information and Workforce Planning issues
This assignment will suit an experienced Workforce Analyst or an emerging HR Professional with substantial experience with ESR and Workforce Information.
