Qualifications:
- JavaScript (from scratch is A+)
- HTML
- CSS
- Bootstrap or other js frameworks
- JQuery or any other library
- Nice to have:
- Java - in the web context (such as Java Server Pages and Servlets)
- Dojo
- Integration Experience
- Web Services
- IBM WebSphere
- Basic SQL
- UI Design
