Messaging Consultant L2 (Lync, Exchange, Blackberry)
Messaging Consultant L2 with Enterprise Exchange deployment and Lync 2010 & 2013 experience needed for a 6 months fixed term contract in Dublin (Ireland).
The messaging Consultant will support a messaging environment servicing several locations, 15000 mailboxes and several hundred mobile devices.
The role
- Supporting end-users and troubleshooting all messaging issues
- Assisting with the monitoring of the mail system
- Provisioning mobile devices (Blackberry, WM, Smart-Phones etc)
- Supporting messaging related applications (Instant Messaging, Encryption, Spam Filtering
- End User support and solving post migration issues

- Large scale Enterprise Exchange deployment
- Lync 2010 & 2013
- Blackberry Server and Device configuration
- Mail Routing and configuration
- Email Encryption technologies
- ISA Server Celestix Appliance Manageability and Administration
- Experience in different Windows desktop operating systems
