eCommerce PCI - Compliance Web Application Developer required for a 3 month + contract in Oxford, with a leading Publishing company.
Responsibilities -
To enable the development of a critical eCommerce Web Application. We have a need for an experienced web developer with thorough and extensive PCI, secure code and security experience. It is crucial that the successful candidate has demonstrable, specific and personal experience of secure development practises, specifically in relation to the OWASP Top 10, and exposure to building PCI-compliant software and operating within a compliance-driven development project/SDLC.
You must have demonstrable experience of HTML, Java, JavaScript CSS and hosting skills (Tomcat for example) but underpinned by that crucial knowledge of compliance and security principles.
Must have been personally responsible for delivering these solutions in a previous engagement.
The role is to join the Rights and Royalties Development group, working within a group of four specialists (plus further offshore contacts), and six ERP specialists (plus further offshore contacts), the role will primarily be concerned with the discrete development requirement for a PCI-compliant and secure payment redirector webpage, linking directly to our credit card validation provider and external web stores.
If successful you will also be offered the opportunity to feature in BAU tasks as well as other web-based development activities both internal and external.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Other skills
Experience and knowledge of third party credit card validation providers (models and specifications, protocols, known issues) such as Global Collect, WorldPay, PaymentTech etc is highly beneficial.
Oracle OAF development experience is advantageous but not essential
