The ideal consultant will have an experience in Incident life cycle management in a managed service environment using Tivoli Access Manager, TDI & TDS and Working with incidents, incident management, root cause analysis, availability management Should be well versed with Application Server (WebSphere) knowledge along with exposure to SAML.
