On-boarding Specialist - FATCA, Tax, KYC, Regulatory, Financial Services
Are you a FATCA on-boarding specialist looking for your next challenge? An established and prestigious Investment Bank are looking for an experienced and passionate On-boarding Analyst to join their Prime Brokerage arm.
This is an urgent contract role paying £250 daily rate on a six month rolling contract
You will be responsible for identifying and verifying clients and beneficial owners using information provided by business lines, clients and additional databases. You will also be reviewing client tax documentation across multiple jurisdictions and classifying clients under regulations such as FATCA, MiFID, EMIR and Dodd Frank.
You will be expected to act as a regulatory expert for business lines, propose new solutions to improve department processes and liaise with compliance, tax and legal departments.
Our client is looking for someone with the following skills:
- Strong understanding of FATCA regulations and implementing requirements
- Knowledge of US IRS withholding certificates (Forms W-8 or W-9)
- Experience with Client on-boarding and KYC processes
- Exceptional client service skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Financial Services background
- Degree (or equivalent) would be beneficial
