Senior Project Engineer (Utilities)Our global Biopharmaceutical client is investing heavily in their existing site in Switzerland to drive efficiency and increase capacity. They have a number of projects onsite including a number of utilities upgrades and improvements and are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to support them.
Location: Switzerland
Duration: Initial contract 6-12 month (looking for long-term co-operation)
Start: September
Role: Sr. Project Engineer (Utilities)
- Take responsibility for the utilities upgrade projects planned. These will include review of the black steam systems, cooling systems, WFI and HVAC projects.
- Be able to work independently and hands-on to take the project through the whole project lifecycle, from planning; basic and detailed design; execution through to C&Q and handover.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and supplier
Experience:
- Experience within the (bio) pharmaceutical industry, specifically on a project basis.
- Full project lifecycle experience, including planning; basic and detailed design; execution through to C&Q and handover.
- Previous experience of being responsible for the delivery of a project
- Enjoys working in a hands-on capacity and can demonstrate previous experience of this.
- Utilities experience including clean utilities (and black utilities) - steam, water systems, cooling systems, pharma grade water, purified water, WFI, (HVAC advantageous)
- German language skills essential. English language desirable.
