Networkers PLC is currently working with a technology solutions provider to the global travel and tourism industry. They offer a broad range of technology solutions including, data-driven business intelligence, mobile, distribution and Software as a Service solutions which are used by travel suppliers and travel buyers to plan, market, sell, serve and operate their business. They are located in the DFW area and are seeking a Sr. UI Developer to join their team. Description: This Senior UI Developer codes, tests and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity. Has excellent understanding of business application. Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. May assist in development of software technical documentation. Demonstrates software. Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions. Designs and codes complex applications using advanced technology. May create optimization programs to resolve problems. May design and build prototype applications.
Qualifications: EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 6 years related experience.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
HTML/CSS/JS Angular (or Backbone) Jasmine Build Tools - Grunt and Maven, TeamCity Karma Less Boostrap Protractor D3 Java Spring XML, XSLT. Understanding and practical experience in applying TDD practices, code refactoring, continuous integration and agile methodology (Scrum, CI, TDD, Simple Design) Unit Testing Functional Testing Web Containers (Tomcat) Web Service (SOAP/REST). Knowledge of Client Server architecture and development Code Quality & Metrics (Sonar). Experience with profilers, debuggers (YourKit). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects
