New Contract Opportunity in Spain- Infrastructure Project Manager for a Pharmaceutical Company
Our client in Spain is looking for a Infrastructure Project Manager who has strong technical background in infrastructure is required.
The consultant must have the following key skills and experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering projects on time, within quality limits and with the expected benefits, as defined at project entry through controlled and documented change management as needed
- Actively managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) by carefully assessing potential impacts in collaboration with the respective project teams and proposing appropriate mitigation actions
- Creating baseline project schedules and tracking the completion of project deliverables, tasks, activities and milestones. Providing accurate, timely and fit-for-purpose project status reports using established norms and reporting tools of the portfolio
- Organizing and supervising the appropriate involvement of project resources.
- Ensuring compliance with project management, portfolio management and CSV policies, guidelines, process tools and reporting standards of the portfolio
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in informatics/engineering with 2+ experience as a successful IT
- Project Manager. 5+ experience in IT Infrastructure.
- Broad competence and experience in project management as well as deep understanding of project management methodologies including Agile.
- Solid understanding and experience with IT infrastructure. Operating Systems. Servers, Storage, Backup and Cloud Solutions.
- A Change Management Foundation Qualification is a plus.
- Demonstrated success handling transformation initiatives with a global scope.
- Proven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence, pronounced customer- and service orientation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, within IT and Business teams as well as presentation abilities
- Fluent in English
