Description
Our established Global East Midlands based client urgently requires a Senior SAP BI Developer in the implementation of new SAP BI solutions.The successful candidates responsibilities will include data model build and amendments, strategic project delivery, testing, documentation, change requests and day to day operational support. You will also take responsibility of all developments in SAP BI (i.e. modelling, reporting extraction, transformation, load, etc.).
Essential experience:
- End-to-end experience of multiple SAP BW/BI implementations
- A deep understanding of all the key components of SAP BI 7.3, i.e: Extraction; Data modelling & optimization; & Data loading
- An understanding of essential ECC6 processes and functions
- Experienced at writing new, and amending existing, ABAP code in extractors, transformations and exits
- MS Excel skills
- Working knowledge of the BObj (rel 4.x) suite of tools
Desirable skills:
* Knowledge/Training on SAP HANA
- MS Access
- Deep exposure to one or more of the following SAP ECC components: FI; MM; SD (Sales and Distribution); Procurement
