A company based in Dublin West is looking for an Italian/German Tech support analyst for 8 month contract - excellent salary.
Summary of the Role
The Service Center Analyst will act as the key contact for all technical and IT related problems and inquiries. As a part of a team the analyst will be responsible for responding to and troubleshooting end user problems, inquiries and requests received. The will also provide problem recognition, research, follow up and coordination on these issues to ensure they are resolved.
Specific Role & Responsibilities
* Respond to users requests for information and assist in problem resolution.
* Maintain contact with users on operational and production problems.
* Continual follow up with site support teams and co-workers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Develop in depth knowledge of IT support tools for monitoring and reporting.
* Represent IT Service Centre on project teams relating to internal efficiencies and new support areas and external projects from other organisations as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree OR equivalent related work experience.
Must have atleast 1-2 years of tech support experience
* Must have 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
* 2 years of experience supporting MS Operating Systems and products ( XP and above) would be ideal.
* Native/Fluent Italian OR Native/Fluent German with fluent English.
* Ability to work early mornings and evenings.
