Description

The Business Analyst ASE will contribute to the following:

  • Design and Architecture;
  • Test coordination/management;
  • Project and work stream management.

Within the ASE projects, the holder of this position reports to one of the work-stream leads who covers a.o. planning, issue & risk management and progress reporting. Within the work stream the holder of this position will be supported by another Business Analyst.

Job Description

  • Act as a facilitator in architecture, process and requirements workshops/sessions;
  • Retrieve the right information concerning objectives, processes and requirements from stakeholders and users in a structured way;
  • Assure that all relevant content captured during workshop/sessions is correctly and completely processes in the appropriate documentation (business concepts, business process models, requirements);
  • Analyze and steer on consequences, including conflicting objectives and requirements;
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders;
  • Cross sector interface: represent the project team across or client; share the concepts throughout the organization on all levels.

Education

Bachelor or master degree in business administration or applicable technical area.

Experience

  • 10 years of experience as business analyst/consultant in a multinational organization in the field of discrete Manufacturing;
  • 10 years of experience in facilitating process design and requirements engineering workshops/sessions;
  • Experience with Aris is a pre;
  • Experience with SAP ME is a pre.

  • Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus;
  • Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities;
  • Seniority, in interpersonal sense and business knowledge;
  • Goal oriented, is motivated by realizing goals and by implementing effective change rather than personal acknowledgement;
  • Ability to create and maintain a large trusted network on all levels of the organization;
  • Able to convince, inspire and motivate people;
  • Improvement mindset;
  • Drive, enthusiasm and persistence, self-starting and motivating;
  • Preferably experience with Agile way of working;
  • Good knowledge of both the Dutch and English language.
