Senior Java Developer - FX Trade Execution - Investment Banking

A Global Investment Bank has an urgent requirement for a Senior Java Developer to work within their electronic execution division which covers: order management, algorithmic Trading, Market Data, Tick Data and Analytics. These Java Developers will work directly alongside traders, sales and product owners to define, deliver innovative solutions to both external and internal trading customers. Java Candidates will be expected to focus on Java development of an OX order management and electronic execution through several electronic execution venues, including the agile algo Platform.
The Java team is currently a small team made up of purely business facing Java developers, with one graduate as who everyone mentors through the development life cycle.
Candidates will be expected to contribute to the on-going design, development and support of the platform.
Requirements
- Significant Java Development experience of high volume, fault tolerant, low latency, multithreaded enterprise scale Java Applications Automate Testing of functional and non-functional requirements
- Strong emphasis on proven experience with Core Java Design skill of n-tier distributed architectures Agile/Lean Development practises
