Solution Architect role open with a global market leader in the financial arenaI have an excellent job open for a Solutions Architect for a global market leader in a financial software company.
Contract - 12 months

Location-Dublin South
The Architect will be a key member of the product team, this is a client facing role also so you will be responsible for liaising with customers and clients
You will be responsible for the overall design of the software and mapping client requirements to system/technical requirements.
You will also be responsible for integrating this product. This company has established a strong global customer base including several of the world's largest banks.
I can guarantee that there are not many contract roles available in Dublin like this.
The environment is highly scalable, multi-tier, Java EE Software Products that are being launched in the cloud.
What this job will entail:
Interact with project managers, developers, platform architecture, release engineering and QA
Contribute technical responses to RFP/RFI requests
Analyse authentication, authorisation and provisioning requirements for applications being on-boarded
Interact with customers and clients
Perform design, code and test case review for all applications being on-boarded
Participate in architecture, technology and functional review of the product
Define, communicate and support the implementation of technology strategy and design of IT Products as per agreed road-map and in line with architecture and design standards
Design and implement new technical services and functionality for use in multi-tier, web-based products -
Work with Development teams to define the tools and processes necessary to successfully deliver products
Skills as a Solution Architect:
A degree in Computer Science and 10+ years experience working in Java/ J2EE Environment
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions and influence management and developers
Excellent consulting and architecture skills, including an understanding of architectural concepts and methodologies
Deep understanding of system integration approaches, i.e SOA solutions (Mule,enterprise service bus) involving integration via Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Good understanding of enterprise architectures
Familiarity with Oracle /PLSQL
