Role: Gui developer (GDI experience)Location: South London (possible homeworking)
Rate: Very good rate
Duration: 6 months
Seeking an experience GUI developer to support the team on a project which is part of the development of the User Interface.
The UI is running on a Q7 format Atom PC. The company are using their own build of Microsoft Windows Embedded Compact 7 (WEC7). The graphics are being implemented using GDI (i.e. not Silverlight etc.).
The engineering team have a fairly substantial body of application code running and are looking for support to expedite development of the remaining functionality.
The graphics look and feel and UI layout is clearly defined. They need a developer who is confident in creating windows controls in C++/GDI from the ground up (not just picking options from a library).
This role is implementation focused, as the company have the architecture in place.

* C++ experience
Desirable:
* CAN experience
* Worked to MISRA coding standards
* Visual studio experience
