Description
We have a vacancy for a Mobile Core Tester to support our customer in Belgium.
Job Description/Main Responsibility Area:
- Perform testcalls in a mobile network environment and verify if these calls are processed properly.
- This includes documenting the executed testcases & safeguarding the calldata.
- Testdescription is provided at high level only - tester must be capable to elaborate independently
Technical competences:
- Good understanding of building blocks of a Mobile Network (2G, 3G, 4G, VoLTE).
- Good understanding of IP-networking/routing technologies.
- Good understanding of call types, subscriber types and features in a Mobile Network.
- Good understanding of 3GPP standards.
- Experience in use of call tracing tools (eg OSIX).
- Experience in execution of testcalls in a mobile network.
General competences:
- language: fluent in English (mandatory)
- Windows PC
- Availability to work on site in Belgium (mainly Brussels area)
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends when needed
- High level of accountability and quality orientation
