We have a vacancy for a Network Planning & Optimization (NPO) Lean Process Manager - NW Design & Optimization Engineer to support our customer in Poland or Hungary.
Main Responsibility Area:
- The Network Planning & Optimization (NPO) Lean Process Manager defines and applies the methodology for the NPO delivery process to execute Lean process improvement.
- Perform detailed analysis in work stream in line with the objectives
- Perform change management required to successful implementation
- Provide post-implementation support for Lean initiatives covering Process Improvement, Organization and Skills, Performance Management and Voice of the Customer
Position Description:
- Responsible as a project/program manager in context of improving operational efficiency in Network planning and optimization service delivery
- Lead continuous improvement (lean & kaizen) program in NPO defined by the roll-out plan engaging in the CO markets
- Supporting Lean project execution with the objectives of achieving:
- Successful completion of analyze , design and implement project phases
- Applying Lean method in dimensions customer , processes , organization and skills , performance management and mindsets and behaviors
- Communication of Lean into the transformed units and beyond
- Setting the basis for Continuous Improvement
- Mastering a cultural change by employing methods of change management
- Giving direction and advising in transformation processes
- Reporting progress of project within Lean team as well as line organization
- Reaching impact goals
- Build capabilities of Lean team within own area of responsibility
Position Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the service business line business model, portfolio, service processes, delivery model and required competences
- Understanding of remote service delivery model and major requirements
- Proficient with Network Planning and Optimization services and portfolio for mobile network operators
- Experienced in delivering network planning and optimization projects to mobile operators ie NPO project management experience
- Skilled in service process definition, modelling and maintenance
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and mobilize others
- Clear ability to disaggregate higher goals into focused programs and actions
- Good communication skills
- Strong moderation and presentation skills
- Ready to travel at short notice and may involve 50% of travel
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
