Role: 6months + Contract
Essential skills needed for Certified Scrum Master:
We are seeking a Certified ScrumMaster (30%) with the developer-Competence level 4 (70%) of the Solvency II project/Reporting Project QRT
For this project, we are seeking an experienced member of the Scrum Master role.
The Certified Scrum Master position involves:
Together with the team and product owner constantly working and break down the backlog and adjust the release burndown
In your role as ScrumMaster included the usual activities to keep the planning, daily meetings, sprint demo and retrospective
As developers to develop export programs from Solvency II DB
You will be the developers of about 70% and Scrum Master at 30%
Competence Certified Scrum Master requirements
Well-documented experience of Scrum Management and Development - preferably of decision support solutions
Well-developed ability to communicate with business and IT staff
Self-moving and with a strong inner drive to deliver and complete
Experience and understanding of the financial industry's specific needs in analysis and reporting
Extensive experience of MSSQL
Extensive experience of Team Foundation Server (TFS)
ABACUS reporting tools (XPO's and application) - This will get training if necessary.
Merit`s if a Certified Scrum Master has:
Experience of LF and LF source system
Experience of regulatory reporting
Experience in the insurance industry
Previous work on Solvency II and Basel II
