Role - Senior Lead Business Analyst
Duration - 6 months
Location - Edinburgh, Leeds, Hove, Newport
Overview of the Programme
The team develop, build and deliver customer-focused analytics and reporting to give a more informed view of the customer journey through Operations, and through Service Excellence.
Processes are improved through the actionable insight gained. The customer agenda has a very high profile with senior management due to the vision and goal to be the best bank for customers.
Priorities include delivery and running of Service Excellence Dashboards, exec reports and data capture tools.
Role Accountabilities
Roles required to resource significant data and MI build for service excellence, including Baselining, Data capture tool builds, new reporting and dashboard, plus build and analysis of Customer Satisfaction and Benchmarking analysis to inform how we serve our customers.
Essential Skills
- Strong technical capability - MUST have SAS/SQL coding and documentation, other data mining, MS Access and Excel, EUC builds, MI experience
- Stakeholder management skills - will be managed by permanent staff to do the technical work but need to be self-starters and be able to talk to people and explain technical concepts in a simple way
- Analytical capability - be able to take data, form conclusions and provide recommendations.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills required.
