My large Utilities providing client is implementing a new CIS (Customer Information System) and need skilled developers with background in both Java, .NET and web development.
The CIS is implemented to meet their need for a webbased Front End system for Smart Meter technology.
Candidates should have experience with:
- Java,
- .Net,
- HTML5
- CSS
- SharePoint OR Ruby on Rails
