Description
My client in Herndon, Virginia is looking for a Software Developer to join their Engineering team. Candidate will be a key contributor to develop and generate customized software solutions.
- Develop customized software solutions and tools.
- Lead the effort in identifying automation and Scripting needs
- Provide detailed procedures and operational aspects of the Samsung products to various wireless carriers and other vendors
- Help in providing scripts/tools and documentation to assist the operator in carrying out the complex network operations and understand the Wireless network.
- Lead the effort in identifying a problem in production of the tools/script
Qualifications
- Experience in software solution design and development.
- Experience with Scripting: Python, PERL, Shell
- Experience with Java development
- Experience with Unix, Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL
- Good understanding of Sun Solaris operating System and Linux.
General Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software industry with tool development
- BS/MS in EE/CS is mandatory.
- Good communication skill and problem solving skills are required
