Customer Service Account Manager - Manchester - Contract - c £23,000

You will be joining our clients friendly, busy team to provide support to customers regarding their orders.
You'll be processing and tracking orders and dealing with supply chain issues which requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

This is an immensely varied role as you never know what each day will bring so there will be lots of opportunity to use your initiative.

You will need to have worked in a commercial customer service or sales administration environment. You will also need to be bright and quick to pick up information as there is a lot to learn so you will ideally have a business related degree (or equivalent level of education).

This would suit someone who is a real customer champion who definitely doesn't have a "not my job" mentality! This is a fast placed role where the time will whizz by!

A highly positive environment if you have new ideas you want to try as there is "no blame" culture here and they see making mistakes as a learning experience and an opportunity to make improvements.
