Our client is looking for a technical expert to realize the first phase of the project UCC & Routing from different media : Phone, Chat, Video, Social media.Based on the company's scope :
- Choose the correct packages
- Define the architecture
- Organize, follow-up the different POC the company will do
- Define the OPEX & CAPEX
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of a CRM solution for the company
- Branch, BackOffice Front end application for operational transaction
- Caddy & Multi-signing of internet, mobile branches, … transactions
- Different Simulator
- Tool for Event Management
- Channel Phone Banking
- Routing mechanisms for Phone communication
- ...
Technical skills:
UCC & Routing mecanism
- Via a SDK, routing of a call, a video, a chat to the right person
- Idem with the Social media: Facebook, Twitter, What's app, ...
- Very good knowledge of the tools on the market (Genesys, Cisco, Skype for Business, …)
- …
Capture and translate Business Requirement to ICT-processes
- Knowledge of UCC tools is a must
- Knowledge of tools to make the routing is a must
- Knowledge of company's system is a plus
