IT Project Manager - Swedish Speaking
IT project management including IT requirements analysis, IT procurement, budgeting, economical follow up and steering of the IT parts of various projects.
Lead development work for IT in projects or assignments. Manage the project in compliance with current IT strategy, processes, project and decision models.
Lead investigations within the IT area in pre-studies and projects with the ability to propose alternative solutions.
Work cross-border when needed
Have actual knowledge of how business regulations are implemented in the clients' support system to be able to suggest optimal solutions.
Responsible for securing quality in the functional requirements for IT.
Responsible for designing solution proposals in connection with concerned application units, IT Architects and other involved units based on a business perspective.
Create and follow decided timetable for the activities in the projects, from defined milestone and decision points, following the clients' project best practices. Establish project budgets and follow results, manage change requests, perform risk analysis and other relevant activities.
Responsible for securing resources for projects/assignments for all phases, incl. tests in consultation with the concerned resource owners.
Responsible for securing and communicating with release management if needed
Responsible for producing IT implementation plans
Responsible for continuously improving work practices
Responsible coordinating with other ongoing projects and assignments within the same area and understanding the possibility of synergies or need for co-planning
Assist in the selection of solutions and suppliers.
Report status regularly to the main project manager or in decided tools
Responsible for producing the necessary documentation prior to DP Decisions
Responsible for starting and stopping projects/assignments in consultation with stakeholders.
Responsible for the handover of the finished project/assignment to concerned application
