Role Description: Senior Tech Lead Customer Service, Customer Service and Resource related billing

Profile Description

1. Specific Technology Skills:

a. SAP SD

b. SAP MM

c. SAP CS

d. SAP FICO

2. Business Process knowledge:

a. Healthcare Customer Services and financial order closure' processes

3. Years of experience in role:

a. 5 year experience working CS/SPS processes in MP1 Kernel and general awareness of Legacy

landscape tools for CS (ClickSchedule, Polaris, OneMobile, 1EMS etc.)

b. Demonstrable knowledge of customer service and spare parts logistics processes in a global

company, with experience in varying requirements for tax, customs and legal for different
regions/countries.

c. Deep expertise in resource related billing (DP90 & pricing procedures)

d. Demonstrable experience as lead functional consultant on global SAP projects blueprinting
and rollout projects in a global company.

e. Demonstrable experience with documentation and IT quality mgt and ability to quickly adapt
to a quality-assurance role. Demonstrable experience with SAP Solution Manager as a user/IT consultant.

4. Soft Skills:

a. Senior level communication skills; team player; experience in working in large teams/
organizations

b. Coordinating blueprinting, design, configuration and development work of small teams and
external suppliers

c. Requirements gathering methodologies

d. Creating solution designs, technical designs and relevant documentation
