Sr. IT Deployment lead - technical support analyst

Interface with all levels of the customer's organization and coordinate the activities of corporate, sub-contractor and customer personnel assigned to the project.

Ability to follow standard deployment practices of pilots as well as O&M activities, document results.

Requires a self-starter capable of taking initiative on all projects.

Prepare, review, and analyze information for customer needs.

Generate documentation, reports as needed

This team's main function is to streamline the field deployment process by re-engineering from system deployment activities; transitioning from a reactive to a proactive mode of operation.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT and/or Engineering fields Knowledge of UNIX and/or Linux, with Scripting experience is a plus.

Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle, and Postgres is a plus.

Knowledge of Perl is a plus Knowledge of PL/SQL or T-SQL is a plus.

Background and knowledge in RF is a plus.

Excellent analytical and verbal skills.

Ability to adapt and work in a fast pace environment.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals with high quality standards.

Must be team focused, excellent communicator and collaborative demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams.

Travel Requirements >50%
