Insight Analyst - Debt Collections
A major UK Energy provider is looking for an experienced Insight Analyst to join them ASAP on a 3 - 6 month basis.
Essential:
- The ability to review MI and identify potential areas where additional insight could better inform strategy
- The ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks and complete required analysis to answer these questions using SAS or similar analytical software
- Advanced SAS skills (MACRO, SQL etc) with the ability to use SAS Enterprise Guide/Enterprise Miner to segment accounts and complete predicative analysis to model 'what if' scenarios
- Ability to present findings in a format appropriate to the audience and make recommendations based on key findings calling out key findings
Desirable:
- Knowledge of and experience working in a debt collections environment would be an advantage
- Utilities industry experience would be an advantage
Day to day role:
As an Insight Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing MI and completing analysis to provide additional insight which will inform debt collections strategy. This will mean undertaking a full data driven review of key processes to uncover the root causes of issues impacting the business as well as performing segmentation analysis on specific portions of the debt portfolio to determine the most effective debt resolution treatments. From this you will then complete further analysis on the effectiveness of these to inform future strategy.
Location: Leicester/Manchester
Rate: £400 per day
Length: 3 - 6 months minimum
