Software Tester using Selenium, Cucumber, QTP Agile with an understanding of Six Sigma, Prince2 etc.Software Tester using Selenium, Cucumber, QTP and Agile with an understanding of Six Sigma, Prince2 applications etc. for a 6 month contract based in Stockport with a fast paced, innovative business taking a role on major projects and influencing the technical direction of the business' testing strategy.
Type: 6 Month Contract
Rate: £300 - £350 ppd (DOE)
Location: Stockport, Cheshire
Start Date: ASAP
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years in software testing;
- Selenium, Cucumber, QTP or similar;
- Agile working environment;
- Software Development and Business Performance models e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, Waterfall, Agile, Prince2 etc.
Desirable Skills:
- Full software development lifecycle;
- Test script production and execution;
- Experience in identifying and progressing business improvement opportunities;
- Able to use own initiative and be self motivated;
- Degree level education.
Key Features:
Both Automation and Manual testing using Selenium, Cucumber, QTP and similar
Strong experience in Automation is essential with the ability to gain Manual experience "on the job"
Test script production and execution
Development of business improvement opportunities following use of Software Development and Business Performance models such as Six Sigma, Lean, Waterfall, Prince 2 etc.
