Solution Architect - Lancaster - 3 Months initiallyAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solution Architect to join a large IT team within an up and coming managed service provider. The role has arisen as the IT team want to make sure they are making the best use out of the companies IT investment. As the Solution Architect you will be required to design and develop the companies IT systems both corporate and departmental.
Main duties and responsibilities:
*Designing and developing systems to transfer output from applications to suitable medium including website, Intranet and other applications
*Designing and configuration of database systems to preserve the integrity and usability of data and information
*Assist the business in drawing up user requirements
*Carry our software development to set standards utilising a wide range of development and database technologies
*Technical documentation of applications proving commentary to assist maintainers
Job title: Solution Architect
Rate: £260 - £300per day DOE
Contract length: 3 months (initially will be extended)
Stat date: ASAP
