Middleware Engineer - Contract
An exciting IT transformational journey available which includes the introduction of Fair Isaac Corporation software to facilitate its Arrears Programme.
Our client, a large financial organisation based in West Yorkshire are recruiting for an experienced Middleware Engineer JBoss - with experience in FICO DM9 and Blaze Technologies.
You will ensure all of the operational aspects of the FICO/JBoss product set and underlying Red Hat Enterprise Linux infrastructure are implemented in a timely fashion, and have a known and documented support model.
This position will have specific responsibilities for the installation, configuration and support of Debt Manager, Blaze Advisor and JBoss.
Experience/skills required:

Proven experience in administrating JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 6.1

Proven experience in JBoss high availability techniques

Proven experience in JBoss Operations Network (JON)

Proven experience in installing/configuring FICO Debt Manager 9

Proven experience in installing/configuring Blaze Advisor

Understanding of Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments and good Shell Scripting knowledge

Knowledge of ITIL Change Management procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

They can work alongside an enthusiastic and driven technical team

Ability to provide high quality support and design documentation

Ability to attend Technical project meetings, and provide practical input to facilitate the delivery of the project
