Description

New role open for a Senior Customer Support Engineer with Mobile Switching technology knowledge, to work for a reputable Telecommunications company based in Dublin, Ireland. 4 month initial contract. Some night shifts will be involved with this role. Competitive market rates.

Role purpose:

For Work order (WO, Network Intervention) execution

Key experience:

Technology: MSS, MGW, SGSN (all ATCA)

Responsibilities:

Coordination of WO planning and execution of appr. 200 WO to be executed in live network until end of this year

Availability for troubleshooting (also night shifts) if enquired

Technology: MSS, MGW, SGSN (all ATCA)

Discussion with customer (Engineering and Operations) of WO content and testing approach
