Description

IM Service Desk Agent/4 Months/€400 per day all inclusive

Location: (Villeurbanne)

Job Purpose:

Supporting desktops, laptops, smart phones and printers
Helping out with the rollout of new infrastructure across the company

Main Accountabilities/Measured On:

Agreed SLA for Service Desk Function
Satisfaction of the end-users and Business Customers via customer surveys and other forms
(interviews, external reviews, benchmarks)

Stakeholders:

Local Service Desk Manager
External Partners, suppliers
System owners, platform owners
Business partners
Security, Risk and Compliance
Peers in IT Production
End-user

Professional & Leadership Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing support role in the IT field
Good knowledge in installation and roll out of end user computing devices running Windows XP/7 and
Office .
Knowledge of networks, WIDFI and PBX systems would be an asset

Education & Training

Education in IT
ITIL 3 Certification.

Minimum Requirements:

Good to excellent command of English.
Any additional language is an advantage especially French, Spanish, German an plus
