Description

Job Description:
-)Centralize capacity related information about activity, incidents, releases, events and create an overall view of the IT domains.
-) Report and highlight the IT activity, incidents and events as a support to the asset capacity managers/analysts.
-) Present monthly capacity reports for critical services based on performance monitoring towards the functional domains and the IT asset owners.
-) Forecast the evolution of the infra assets and develop a forecast model based on the historical data and business projections.
-) Establish and maintain capacity thresholds and KPI's.
-) Define and follow-up actions in case of capacity incidents and problems.
-) Contribute to the making of simulations (ex: DRP) and pinpoint potential issues.
-) Key actor in defining/evolving processes using ITIL principles and enforce application of the processes in the IT domain.
-) Provide evidences of process application to assure ISO 20000 certification.
-) Creation, maintenance and usage of a Capacity Management Information System (CMIS) tool.

Main responsibilities:
-)Keep the business informed of the capacity status of the critical services.
-) Contribute to the process in order to fulfil the mission and business requirements.
-) Contribute to a proactive management of the capacity by defining appropriate actions in case of incidents, providing sensitive forecasts, highlighting unusual behaviour,.
-) Gather the stakeholders of the different IT domains to exchange information and thus breakdown the silos.
-) Contribute to the ISO 20000 yearly exercise to guarantee certification.

Required skills:
ITIL principles especially Capacity Management, Financial Management and Incident Management. SAS language (foundation) and various ETL tools. Statistics and Mathematics background. Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts. Familiar with retail banking applications.

Qualification: ITIL.

Education:
Master or equivalent. Languages: English (fluent), French (good), Dutch (good) is a plus.
