Description
The newest addition to the Definitive team will partner with a highly experienced developer to help build software and web-based solutions that continue to enable the company’s success as well as its competitive edge. Using your technical experience and expertise, you will ensure that development goals and objectives are met and projects are delivered to meet business needs, even working in a remote environment. By joining the team, you will have the opportunity to manage existing solutions, develop new solutions, and shape the technical direction of Definitive Healthcare.
Responsibilities
Manage smaller-scoped development efforts and support / partner with the team on larger-scoped development efforts (potential to work on multiple projects simultaneously)Design, develop, and maintain code to improve Definitive Healthcare’s cloud-based products and resolve any issues impacting either front- or back-end efficiency and performanceWork on maintaining, troubleshooting, and developing the Definitive Healthcare Salesforce application, with intent of taking leadership over Salesforce workOccasionally partner with clients of varying technical levels to troubleshoot and resolve issues, including integration with Salesforce, to resolve issues and foster strong relationships
Ideal Candidates Have:
Approximately 2-4 years of software development experienceDemonstrated proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, .NET Framework, and Object Oriented Design concepts, with an open mind to finding and implementing the right toolsA solid understanding of WebAPI, EntityFramework, and Cordova (Mobile Application) is a plusKnowledge of back end data technologies (e.g., SQL)Demonstrated proficiency working with and developing third-party Salesforce applications (developer certification a plus)A strong work ethic and a mindset towards experimentation and active problem solvingEffective communication, with proficiency in EnglishAn ability to work remotely
