Description
A leading Manufacturing company are looking for a CRM Support Analyst for a 3 month period with possible extension up to 6 months.You must have strong skills in Seibel as they are currently in the process of migrating their systems to Salesforce.
Multiple locations Manchester & Kent.
Key responsibilities:
- Seibel user set up
- International - Troubleshooting issues
- Providing training (basic) for users
- To be able to take ownership of mapping software and work alongside business leaders in defining territory structures.
- You will be required to reinforce data entry procedures and processes for users to increase efficacy and to allow best practise and good quality usage of the data.
- Support Business analysts to improve application usability and determine new enhancements.
- Provide support for CRM system Negotiable on rates- 1-3 years Seibel experience
