Description

A French Speaking Service Desk Analyst is required on a 6 month contract (possible extension) based in Paris , France.

For this position IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing phone based support across hardware, OS, application, network and telecom issues. You will work as part of the global IT Service Desk team accurately taking information and creating tickets detailing the issues being experienced by the user. You will also have the responsibility of resolving basic issues where possible. Where you can't resolve issues you will ensure they have been recorded and escalate to the appropriate team for resolution.

Successful applicants will have previous experience within an IT Service Desk/Helpdesk position with experience around Windows 7, MAC, office 2013 and mobile devices including iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Windows Mobile.

For this role you must be able to speak and write fluently in French. As part of the role you there will also be some out of hours support required.

This position is to start ASAP and will pay up to €175 per day (Ltd/umbrella) Dependent on experience.
