Description

Title: Salesforce Application Support Analyst

Location: Dublin

Contract Length: 6 Months

Contract Type: Daily Rate Contract

Principal Accountabilities

* Resolution of incidents within SLA

* Problem management and identifying potential problem candidates

* Completion of requests raised by Salesforce Application business users

* Develop and maintain support documentation in accordance with company standards

* Develop solutions to solve business problems and enhance functional performance

* Develop application test plans, documentation and undertake testing

* Continuously adopt a pro-active approach to ensuring the reliability and availability of the Salesforce Application

* Provide flexible support & advice to other development & support teams internally & externally

* Comply and adhere to all key processes

* Perform independently in your role and pay strict attention to company SLA's

* Managing administrative duties, such as Clarity and LanDesk ticket documentation effectively and in a proactive way

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

* Ability to adopt detailed product knowledge quickly is essential * Experience of application implementation and support in a large environment

* An understanding of ITIL processes preferable, i.e. Incident, Release, Change & Problem Management

* Technical knowledge and experience of any of the following is essential: Salesforce administration, Salesforce force.com platform, Apex programming (incl. visualforce), Enterprise Architecture methodologies specifically incl. SOA and web-service interfaces, ETL architecture.

* A working knowledge of LAN, WAN and Operating systems (Windows or I-Series) would be a distinct advantage * Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures

* Demonstrable experience with pro-actively managing work and addressing and prioritising demands

* Knowledge of current and emerging trends

* Must be able to work with other teams/ individuals to provide customer support and advise with regard to the Salesforce Application

* Must be flexible for weekend/ bank holiday cover * Experience in a multinational and multi-cultural organisation Education and Qualifications

* Degree educated or experience led equivalent recognised technical qualification.
