Description

My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Eloqua Administrator on a initial 6 month contract. This position will be responsible in assisting the Product Delivery team with the overall configuration, development and operation of the existing Eloqua platform. The role will interface directly with internal stakeholders in order to meet end user requirements as well as anticipating future business needs. This person will work closely with Marketing Teams globally to ensure best practices and will act as a power user of the Eloqua database.

The ideal candidate will have good stakeholder management skills and have a track record working in a similar administration role ideally with a medium - large marketing automation tool that is integrated with a CRM Database such as Salesforce.com.

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Provide global day-to-day end-user live support and assist users with best practices to increase their knowledge of Eloqua.
* Responsible for technical design, configuration, implementation and customization of the application either directly or by coordinating with third party vendors as needed depending on enhancement/issue.
* Responsible for the implementation, management, administration and support of the Eloqua 9. This includes troubleshooting system issues, participating in system upgrades, developing workflows, managing integrations, data management, documenting processes, and providing technical support for users.
* Supports the adoption, development and usage of Eloqua application throughout the organization. Maintains a high level of awareness of and enthusiasm for application well as new features and updates as they are launched.
* Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Eloqua for the business, working closely with the Salesforce SMEs.
* Primary point of contact for issue resolution as it relates to Production level issues. Responsible for troubleshooting and coordinating resources needed for resolution.
* Responsible for the change management and release process of Eloqua.
* Responsible for Eloqua data management which includes data structure, governance and maintenance.
* Works collaboratively with internal departments in the planning and analysis of business systems requirements, system changes or enhancements. Defines business processes as they relate to system enhancements.
* Advise on best practices and trains users on the Eloqua application. Develops job aids and provides documentation to support training activities.
* Work closely with the Eloqua Technical Account Manager and setup global Eloqua community for the business.

Required Qualifications:

* 2 + years of experience with Marketing Automation Tools (preferably Eloqua).
* Eloqua certification desirable.
* Experience with Salesforce.com and Eloqua integration.
* Demonstrated ability to produce lead modelling, workflows and support of campaigns strategies.
* Strong marketing information systems expertise.
* Experience working with third party vendors on large projects or systems implementations.
* Experience with upgrading E9 to E10 highly desirable.
* Interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication must be excellent.
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt new process and technologies in order to meet business needs and drive business values.
* Experience documenting and analysing processes, procedures and/or policies
* Creativity and great problem-solving skills.
* Bachelors Degree.
