Description
Responsibilities:
Acting as the customer focal point, receiving and resolving complex issues and meeting customer needs on a world-wide basis
Providing excellent responsiveness to customer problems
Meeting SLA KPIs targets
Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities the company products
Support and assist higher level maintenance personnel in resolving malfunctions/system problems
Provide technical support to our customer base to resolve highly complex issues
Drive development and implementation of smart automation software tools
Collaborate with several teams (eg engineering/sales) to achieve our common goal of solving our customer problems and enhancing our products
Share your knowledge with other people in writing technical documents and enlarge the knowledge database
Interacts across TAC (Technical Assistance Center) teams and development teams at peer level
On call engineer (24×7)
Experience:
3+ years of experience as a CS Engineer at a cellular operator/vendor
Deep knowledge and experience in Cellular Radio technology
Experience in Small Cell/Femto solution technology
In-depth knowledge or 2G 3G and LTE
Knowledge and experience in IP Networking Experience
In-depth acquaintance Linux/Unix system an advantage
Experience with SQL, Mongo DB- an advantage
Experience as a SW Engineer programming and Scripting skills (Python)
