Currently, We are seeking a .net Developer to assist with the revision, upgrade, and continued enhancement of an internally developed CRM platform. This is an open-ended contract opportunity that is likely to last indefinitely.

Experience:
Has a minimum of 7 years of professional experience

Summary (scope and purpose):
Analyzes requirements and develops computer programs under very general supervision and with minimal to no guidance. Plans, conducts and supervises assignments, generally involving the larger and more important projects or more than one project. Reviews progress and evaluates results and recommends major changes in procedures. Assignments require originality and ingenuity. Operates with considerable latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. May act in liaison capacity with other departments, divisions, and organizations.

Consults with clients to gather information about program needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements.
Performs complex analysis for multiple platform/architectures, multiple application/tool requests.
Writes and maintains technical specifications.
Analyzes and estimates feasibility, costs, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs.
Develops and maintains plans outlining steps and timetables for developing programs.
Researches and evaluates software and hardware to assist in programming or to use as program platforms.
Designs complex solutions for multiple platform/architectures, multiple application/tool requests.
Codes complex solutions for multiple platform/architectures, multiple application/tool requests.
Converts designs and specifications into computer code.
Compiles code into programs and corrects errors detected in compile process.
Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications.
Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revises programs.
Consults with client to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.
Writes and maintains documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
Writes documentation or reviews documentation written by others that describes installation and operating procedures.
Provides guidance for others in multiple, complex technical areas.
Plans, manages and reports for complex projects.
