Your tasks:
- Implement release management procedures
- Maintain release plan and manage all tasks to successful completion
- Take care of risk & issue management for all releases
- Ensure OAT is completed
- Establish and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders within the supply chain
- Responsible for own learning and development
Your qualifications
- Strong release/service management experience
- A good understanding of IT
- ITIL foundation working experience
- Ideally, a track record within banking environment
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- English skills are a must, French skills are an asset
