Working for my client who is a large public sector body as an experienced scrum master you will provide guidance and coaching to all members of the scrum team and other business stakeholders into the effective use of Agile Scrum delivery methods, to help the team become a self organising team efficiently delivering high quality digital services.
The ideal Scrum master will guide the team in using methods such as Value Mapping, Behavioural Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Pair Programming, Refactoring and Failing Fast. You will encourage cross functional learning and help the team write effective user stories and get them sprint ready. Some experience with Jira and Confluence would be useful.
