Scrum Master to work for a FTSE 100 organisation. Our customer is a house-hold known company who are part of one of the largest British companies in the world. Due to a new programme they are now seeking a Scrum Master to manage the development team based in Reading.
The nature of the role will be to manage a team of onshore developers. They are developing a new cutting edge bespoke system that we be used by millions of users per year. You will manage and lead the team focusing on Scrum / Agile development.
The ideal candidate will candidate will be an experienced Srum Master. You will also have come from a development background and will have experience of managing teams of Developers in Agile enviroments. Experience of TDD and BDD is seen as highly desirable.
