Templeton and Partners are URGENTLY looking for SEVERAL Fullstack Developers in Newcastle.
(In case you are German-speaking, we also look for up to 4 developers PER WEEK in Germany)

For Newcastle, our client requests these skills and experience (up to 5+ years wherever possible, and some must be recent):-

To lead the rapid development of user-driven prototypes to identify technical options and inform architectural approaches.
Working with colleagues to write tests, code and documentation to develop new and existing systems.
Key developer accountabilities include:

  • Manage large scale developments, projects and campaigns.
  • Working closely with and enhance relationships with key business stakeholders, internal and external service providers
  • Ensure that systems are robust, scalable, open and secure with appropriate overall system design
  • Ability to use and manage version/change control systems such as GitLab
  • Work with service and product managers and technical architects to build and run highly useable collaboration services that meet well defined business /user needs
  • Build a culture of continuous delivery and improvement ensuring that key systems owned by collaboration services are regularly analysed, maintained and improved
  • Ensure HM Government web standards including the development and maintenance of accessibility compliant websites are impacted in every delivery.
  • Encourage and develop an innovative, challenging, solution focused culture, promoting a collaborative approach across DWP & Other Government departments
  • Set and role model clear standards and goals, empower your team to deliver business outcomes through development and performance management
  • Engaging and influencing at all levels to improve product adoption
  • Energising and champion the collaboration 'brand' at all levels
  • Evaluate and present findings on open source products
  • Implement API's for internal and external use >Effectively develop and use response web design with the ability to apply to a range of devices
  • Be involved in providing second line support for your teams software and services in live / production environments
  • Managing a wide portfolio of work, be accountable for all activity and take personal responsibility for delivering results.
