I am looking to hire a Risk Analyst for one of my Public Sector Client. Please read the below job Specification.
Essential Experience:
It is unlikely that anyone with less than 2 years hands-on credit analysis experience in any one of the following fields will be able to work with the degree of autonomy required by this post.
- emerging market corporates;
- emerging market banks;
- aviation finance;
- project finance; or
- trade finance
Such experience is likely to have been gained in a bank, rating agency or other financial institution.
Skills Required:
a)Strong credit skills
b)Strong communications skills
c)Financial modelling skills
Reporting to a Principal Credit Analyst within the Risk Assessment Division:
a) to produce credit rating (based on Standard & Poor's methodologies) and loss given default analyses for a wide range of borrowers typically based in emerging markets;
b) To recommend acceptable transaction exposure levels and risk mitigants (consistent with UKEF's risk appetite); and
c) To present credit rating reports to UKEF's Credit Committee.
