Specialist Named Nurse for Children's safeguarding

Location: West Midlands

Length: 3 months

Rate: £300-£300

As a Named Nurse within you will be responsible for providing visible responsive and accessible leadership, operational delivery, knowledge, expertise and supervision in relation to safeguarding children.

For this role of Named Nurse for Children's Safeguarding you will be responding to complex queries and safeguarding issues. You will provide specialist nursing skills, knowledge and expertise in the care and management of children.

Named Nurse for Children's safeguarding will facilitate improvements in the quality and provision of services through collaboration with the acute Adult's Safeguarding Team, local authority, community teams, secondary care and other services to ensure that adult safeguarding practice and procedures are understood, adhered to and are compliant with national and regional standards, local and regional multi-agency policy and guidance and procedure underpinned by Government guidance and strategy.

As a Named Nurse for Children's safeguarding you must be adaptable, enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated individual who will be able to provide specialist advice and guidance for the Children's division and your team.
