Description

Global Healthcare Company is seeking a Chemist to join their team for a 12 month fixed term contract within their brand new, state of the art manufacturing site in North Dublin.

*Inhalation testing of finished product to support development, scale up, stability and clinical batch manufacture
*Ability to work with cross functional teams across the pilot plant and provide analytical support to the product development , technical transfer and validation groups as required
*Completion of all relevant laboratory testing documentation using right first time principles
*Interpretation of data in line with relevant specification and study objectives
*Ability to perform analytical investigations into out of specification and atypical results including compilation of investigations on Trackwise ®
*Technical writing of standard operating procedures, test methods and study protocols
*Planning and organization of daily and weekly activities
*Ability to work as part of the laboratory team including assisting other analysts as required and active participation in team meetings
*Maintain a high standard of GMP and audit readiness by contributing to successful IMB and FDA audits
*Awareness and compliance to EHS requirements for the laboratory including compilation of risk assessment

Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in an analytical role within the pharmaceutical sector in a FDA or IMB accredited laboratory
*Technical writing skills with respect to protocol/report writing, batch record and SOP writing.
* Experience of root cause analysis/investigations and good problem solving skills.
* Experienced in interpretation of analytical data
*An understanding of the requirement to meet project and team orientated goals and the ability to create win-win relationships with other functions to meet these goals.
*The ability to work flexible work patterns to achieve project goals is required.
*Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
