JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Project Manager DEPARTMENT: Global Supply Chain REPORTS TO: Global Supply Chain Projects Manager ORGANISATIONAL INTERFACES: The role within the Global Supply Chain PMO Office will interface with various Global Orthopedic Companies, Functional Leaders, Business Process SME's, IT, as required to investigate current processes / solutions in associated Global Supply Chain Projects JOB PURPOSE: The GSC PLAN PMO team supports the Global Orthopedics PLAN organisation within the J&J MD&D Sector. The Plan Organisation are responsible for the global supply of product to J&J intercompany hubs/markets. The Project Manager will lead Projects and investigations to map our Current State Business Processes across Global Orthopedic business units. They will be responsible to gather information on our processes and make recommendations on how to enhance / optimize our business processes to support our markets / customers more effectively. The Project Manager will collaborate with functional leaders to gain alignment on any proposed new solutions and lead the project through the full life cycle from concept to full implementation.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with functional SME's to investigate and map out current state processes. 2. Identify possible solutions / lean approaches to streamline processes. 3. Map out future state process / solutions / recommendations 4. Work with IT personnel to explore feasibility of proposed solutions. 5. Organise / lead workshops to support investigation / alignment work. 6. Prepare & Present proposals on solutions to senior management teams to gain alignment. 7. Work with Functional & IT teams to define scope requirements, resourcing, funding requirements for implementation. 8. Work with Sponsor and Senior functional Leaders on funding & resourcing support requirements. 9. Identify & Plan Stakeholder communications and management. 10. Form Project team/s to support the investigation planning and implementation phased of a project. 11. Project Manage /Lead the implementation of new processes 12. Support Project Workstream leaders on solution investigations / implementations as required 13. Lead and Support Change Management transition communication / training, 14. Connect / engage personnel across E2E WW supply chain as required. 15. Collaborate with other initiatives directly or directly linked to your project to understand any implications and align on delivery paths. 16. Some Travel will be required 17. Essential Skills & Experience

* Experienced in Supply Chain or distribution Process / Systems management * Previous experience leading and delivering projects * Experience in Business Process re-engineering for standardization/ best practice * Previous experience in working in global organizations on process change * Ability to work with Cross-functional, Virtual and Global matrix teams. * Ability to investigate, map & design Lean process solutions * Ability to collaborate and bring people with you. * Experience in Leading projects through the full project lifecycle & guiding the project through all stage gates. * Experience in stakeholder management up to senior organisation leadership. * Able to influence and negotiate where needed with strong personalities. * Outgoing personality/ interpersonal skills & ability to build strong relationships * Strong Presentation/ Communications skills and ability to bring people with you. * Confidence, drive, self-motivated & willingness to provide leadership * Acumen to learn new tasks / business process quickly * Ability to problem solve, mediate, identify solutions and provide direction * High-level Microsoft Office Applications knowledge & Proficient with Microsoft Project & Visio * Flexible & responsive to various needs that arise DESIRABLE: Knowledge of global supply chain processes in Medical Devices Experience in large scale change management projects ERP System knowledge Development potential /ability to grow within organization Project Management qualifications Degree level educated or equivalent qualification
