A leading multinational company based in Dublin City Centre requires a Senior SQL DBA for an initial 6 month contract.The Job: SQL Server DBA
The Contract: 6 months ( initially)
Location: Dublin City Centre
The Rate: €450 / day
Working in a high availability environment, the DBA will be joining a small team based in a large IT Department. The role will involve database monitoring, performance tuning, high availability strategies with MS SQL Server in a production environment. There will also be a number of projects including migrating to SQL Server 2014.
Technical Experience Required
SQL Server 2008 R
T-SQL
SQL Replication, mirroring and partitioning

OLAP / Data Warehousing
Clustering
SAN
Performance / Trend Analysis
Desirable
Team lead experience
