My client seeks experienced Front End RTL engineers. The ideal consultant will have experience with System C, C++ and be familiar with PCI-E devices. Experience with High speed (400MHz +) and SRIOV is an advantage.
The main responsibilities will include modelling and model validation of an IP. The modelling will be C/C++/SysC based using an proprietary tool. The tool is relatively easy to learn and necessary training will be given. The contractors have to be able to come up to speed pretty quickly so experience in RTL/uArch design is required and be able to construct stimulus patterns to validate the model. All validation will be performed using the internal tool. This may involve creating custom reports and analyses.
